Prerequisites : none, accessible to all levels !
Level 2
More intense exercises that require a higher level of strength and cardio.
Prerequisites : Hold a plank, feel comfortable doing cardio exercises.

STRETCH AND FLEX

Stretch the body and actively hold positions that strengthen the muscles and increase flexibility of the back, shoulders and legs.
Prerequisites : none, accessible to all levels !

HANDSTANDS

Learn different tricks that require balancing on elbows, hands or on the head, with or without the pole.
